We hope that you absolutely love your Leblon Beach Bag, but if you're not totally satisfied, just send us an email to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your bag. We are a small business (two badass women!) and for this reason, we can only accept returns and issue refunds of unused products. Our business depends on the ability to sell each and every product!
